These terms govern sales made on rally-call.com: physical accessories (shop) and digital pace notes files (marketplace). The seller is the site publisher, reachable at contact@rally-call.com. Any order implies acceptance of these terms and of the terms of use.
Shop: physical accessories (Rally Call Bluetooth button). Essential characteristics are shown on each product card. A product shown as "out of stock" cannot be ordered. Marketplace: pace notes files in .rc.json format, to be imported into the Rally Call app. These files are preparation aids; every note must be checked and validated by the crew on site before use. They are neither official notes nor a guarantee of safety or results. Accessories offered through Amazon links are not sold by Rally Call and are not covered by these terms.
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Shipping costs are displayed before payment is confirmed. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.
Payment is made online via Stripe, by card or any method offered by Stripe. The order is final upon receipt of payment. A confirmation is sent by e-mail to the address provided.
Accessories are shipped to France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Monaco, Andorra, Germany, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. Indicative lead times: 3 to 7 business days (France, Belgium, Switzerland), 5 to 10 business days elsewhere. If delivery is more than 30 days late, the buyer may cancel the order and be refunded. Marketplace files are available immediately after payment via a download link, valid for 5 downloads per file.
Accessories: in accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt to withdraw, without giving a reason, by writing to contact@rally-call.com. The product must be returned complete and in good condition within 14 days of your request; return costs are at your expense. The refund is made within 14 days of receiving the return. Digital files: by confirming your order, you request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins (Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code).
Accessories are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). In case of a defect, contact contact@rally-call.com. Digital files are covered by the conformity warranty for digital content (Articles L224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code): an unreadable or non-importable file is replaced or refunded.
The Rally Call button and pace notes files are used under the conditions described in the terms of use, in particular regarding the driver's role, equipment mounting and note verification. The buyer remains solely responsible for their installation and use.
In case of a dispute, first contact contact@rally-call.com. In accordance with Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge: [MEDIATOR TO BE APPOINTED]. The European online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. These terms are governed by French law.
