The Rally Call application is designed to support co-drivers in their preparation and route reconnaissance. Please read these terms of use carefully.

Application purpose

Rally Call is a rally note-taking assistance tool. It helps prepare navigation notes for motor rallies. It does not replace the vigilance, experience, and necessary checks of the driver and co-driver in any way.

Usage restrictions

Use on open roads is strictly prohibited. This application is exclusively intended for closed roads, circuits, and authorized special stages. Use on open roads may violate traffic laws.

User responsibility

The user remains solely responsible for their behavior, compliance with traffic laws and sporting regulations. You commit to using this application responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws. Use of this mobile application is at your own risk and responsibility. The RallyCall application and associated button are provided as tools to assist co-drivers and crews in a sporting or private context. The use of the application must never compromise driving safety. The user is solely responsible for complying with traffic regulations and how they install and use their smartphone or any associated accessory. RallyCall does not replace the vigilance of the driver or co-driver. In case of accident, non-compliance with traffic laws, insecure smartphone mounting or misuse of the button, the application publisher cannot be held responsible. The user agrees to use the application only in safe and appropriate conditions, and to ensure that the installation of their equipment does not interfere with the vehicle's safety devices (e.g. airbags, seat belts).

Liability disclaimer

Rally Call cannot be held responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the notes generated or used. Users must systematically check, adjust, and validate notes before any use in real conditions. The developer disclaims all responsibility for non-compliant use of the application.

Road use warning

On open roads, you must comply with traffic laws. Mounting an object on the steering wheel may be sanctioned by law enforcement (obstruction of driving, reduced visibility). This practice is prohibited on open roads.
